Shipping Policy

Unless stated otherwise, orders are processed within 1 week. Expect order updates via the e-mail you used to checkout. We also notify our customers of any delays on our Instagram. Delivery windows will vary depending on what you select at checkout. Once scanned at the post office, your order could take anywhere from 3-5 days to be delivered. International packages will differ, and may experience additional delays with customs clearance.

We are not responsible for any unpreventable delays with weather or customs issues. If purchasing outside of the US, you are expected to pay for any customs duties or brokerage fees if they present themselves.

We will not issue refunds for any unclaimed international packages.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your carrier service and open an investigation if needed. All sales are final. We are not offering any refunds or exchanges at this time.
